Delete your Ledgentic account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Ledgentic account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to users of the Ledgentic mobile app and web service operated by Ledgentic AB.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your Ledgentic account, with the subject line "Delete my account".
Please include:
* The full name on the account.
* The email address you use to sign in.
The organization (company) your account belongs to, if known.
We may contact you to verify your identity before acting on the request. We will confirm once the deletion is complete and respond within the time required by applicable law (typically within 30 days).
What gets deleted
When you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize the personal data we hold about you as a controller, including:
Your user profile (name, work email, login credentials, preferences).
Your account's usage and audit data, and any analytics identifiers linked to you.
What we may need to keep
Some data cannot be deleted immediately because we are legally required to retain it, or because it belongs to your organization rather than to you personally:
Accounting and financial records (invoices, supplier data, postings and related attachments) are processed on behalf of your organization. Swedish law (Bokföringslagen) requires accounting material to be retained for 7 years. This data is controlled by your organization, not deleted on an individual user's request.
* Limited records required for billing, security, legal, or compliance purposes may be retained for the period required by law, then deleted or anonymized.
If you want your organization's data removed entirely, the organization's administrator should contact us so we can arrange this under the applicable Data Processing Agreement.
